Lunch Policy: It is very important that you register by NOON on the Monday prior to lunch. We have to let the University Club know the number of lunches to make and the number of people that are not eating. This determines which room we are assigned to for our lunch and we desire that all in attendance are comfortable. We understand that things come and up and you may need to cancel. Please just let us know prior to lunch so we can let the university club know as our club is financially responsible for paying for lunches that we order. Even if you need to cancel at the last minute please let us know because there may be a walk-in that would like that lunch. As conservatives we know you do not want the club to loose money. In the event you do not cancel your reservation for lunch we ask that you pay as soon as possible. You may get a friendly reminder regarding this matter should this occur. Thank you in advance!!!!!
